- Seed Grading -
Seed Grading is done with a heavily modified Nufab 6.
- Self contained infeed auger delivers grain to the cleaner.
- Peg Drum to remove whiskers from barley and tails from oats prier to cleaning.
- Powerful aspirator gently lifts off light weight material and grain with indentation (frosted) as well as dust and weeds.
- Screened and Scalped to remove undersize grain and oversized product like, straw, white heads, backbones rocks.
- For contamination reasons once the seed has left the machine we can apply your seed dressing. We don’t get involved with the sale of dressing as Growers generally have their own chemical suppliers to support.
Normal through puts are; Wheat 25tph. Barley 20tph. Oats 17tph. 180 to 250 tonne per day.
With little help needed the grower if free to do other jobs on the farm.

With four cleaners available SWGC has a cleaner so suit your harvest capacity. Whether it is the Nufab 4, Nufab 6 or the Nufab 24 we pride our selves on not stopping the headers.
The Nufab 24 is a custom built machine capable of cleaning at 200tph. Powered by a 180hp diesel and fitted with 13' augers it can fill a road train in 15 minutes.
Many larger growers are excluded from value adding their grain at harvest in the paddock due to the amount of grain coming off each hour and therefore missing out on premiums or pay inflated prices at fixed plants.
SWGC doesn’t get the easy jobs, our typical client owns a grain cleaner but due to its slower capacity, wasting of good grain into the seconds or simply their cleaner is unable to do the job at hand, growers contract Statewide Grain Cleaning to do the work. We try hard to keep the headers moving.
